If we reasonably believe that the amendment is significant, we shall notify all registered users by email.  Otherwise, the amended Privacy & Cookie Policy will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy & Cookie Policy so that you are aware of any amendments.

1.3   This Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to all users of our website, including consumers and service providers together with anyone else who provides information to us.

1.4   We are the controller of the personal data that you provide to us.

2.  Collecting Your Data 

2.1    When you register as a customer on our website we will collect details of your name, email address, geographical address and telephone number.

2.2   When you register as a service provider on our website, we will collect details of your name, email address, geographical address, telephone number, relevant certifications and experience, together with all additional information you upload to your profile.

2.3   If you link, connect, or login to your LinkAesthetics Account with a third party service (e.g.Facebook), the third party service may send us information such as your registration and profile information from that service. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service.

2.4   All personal data that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate and you must not register under someone else’s name.   When you contact us by email or post, we may keep a record of the correspondence and we may also record any telephone call we have with you.


3.  Use of your personal data

3.1   We shall use your personal data in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, in particular to enable you to access and use the Site and services available through the site, and accordingly, as a service provider, you agree that your personal data is accessible by all users of our website; to notify you about changes to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use; and to provide you with requested information in response from an enquiry from you.

9.   Cookies

9.3   On this website we use a session cookie to track whether a user is logged into the website or not.  We also allow analytics companies, such as Google Analytics, to use tracking technologies to collect information about our users’ computers or mobile devices and their online activities. These companies analyse this information to help us understand how the website is being used. Unlike cookies, this tracking technology cannot be deleted.  In order to recognize you, store your preferences, and track your use of the website, we may store your device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer) when you use the website.

9.4   We may collect anonymous data through cookies to enable us  better to understand our users, diagnose and fix problems with out website; and for research purposes and for our general business purposes.

10.1  If any provision of this Privacy & Cookie Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.2  This Privacy & Cookie Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
